For services requiring utilities, access to water and/or electricity must be available. Pets should be secured, and any obstacles or hazards should be removed or disclosed in advance.
For larger projects, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide proper notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit or additional fees.
