Q&B Property Pros Inc. – Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Notice

Effective Date: January 01, 2026

By scheduling, requesting, or accepting services from Q&B Property Pros Inc., you (“Client”) agree to be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all residential and commercial services provided.

Q&B Property Pros Inc. provides property maintenance and improvement services, including but not limited to:

Lawn & Landscape Services
Tree Services
Pressure Washing
Exterior Repair & Improvements
Limited Interior Repair & Improvement Services (TV mounting, shelving, furniture assembly, hardware installation, etc.)

All services are performed based on property condition, accessibility, and prior agreement.

All quotes are estimates only and may change based on:

Any significant price changes will be communicated before continuing work when possible.

Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
For larger jobs, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required before scheduling.
The remaining 50% balance is due the same day service is completed.
Late or refused payments may result in additional fees, collections, or legal action.

All sales are final.

Q&B Property Pros Inc. enforces a no refunds and no service exchange policy.
Payment is for labor, time, and resources already rendered and is non-refundable under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction or change of mind.

To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law:

Q&B Property Pros Inc. shall not be held liable for any property damage, including but not limited to:
- Pre-existing damage
- Structural weaknesses or deterioration
- Landscaping or surface damage from standard service methods
- Hidden or underground hazards
Client assumes all risks associated with services once approved.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service.

The Client agrees to:

Provide safe and clear access to the work area
Disclose any known hazards (underground lines, irrigation systems, loose structures, etc.)
Ensure pets, children, and obstacles are secured prior to service

Failure to do so may result in service delays or increased risk, for which Q&B Property Pros Inc. is not responsible.

Outdoor services may be postponed due to weather or unsafe conditions. Services will be rescheduled at the next available time without penalty to the company.

Any service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of completion.
While refunds are not provided, Q&B Property Pros Inc. may, at its sole discretion, evaluate and address legitimate concerns.

We respect your privacy and protect your information.

We collect basic information (name, phone number, address, email) for service purposes only
Your information is never sold or shared with third parties, except when required by law
Project photos may be used for marketing unless the client opts out in writing

By accepting service, the Client grants Q&B Property Pros Inc. permission to take before-and-after photos for business use, unless otherwise requested in writing prior to service.

Q&B Property Pros Inc. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time due to:

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Q&B Property Pros Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
